Circle Graphs

A circle graph is a graph that represents data using sections of a circle.
Sector - A section of a circle formed by 2 radii and the arc of the circle connecting by 2 radii.




Eg. Circle Graph, favourite N.F.L teams

Questions.

1) What is the title of the graph? Pets of students in Mr. W's class ( 24 Students )

2) What are the different catagories of the graph? cat, dog, other, no pets.

3) How many percent of the class has a dog? 25%
How many students have a dog? 6

4) How many percent of the class has a cat? 33%
How many students have a cat? 8

5) What percent of the circle is represented by all sectors? 100%

  2. Good job. You explained everything well. I like how you put more than one video. There was one small problems I saw. It was that 2 of the colors in the circle graphs looked the same. Other than that you did good.

You did a great job except for one mistake in the beginning when you wrote 'connecting by 2 radii' it should have been 'connected by 2 radii' to make better sense, but overall great post!(:

  12. Good job Ivan Salvador:) You're pictures were colourful. I liked them. When you guys did that in class, I wasn't there. I couldn't really understand how to find the answer to the questions. Maybe next time you can put how to find the answer because I was really confused.

Nice job Ivan(: I like how you explained what everything was and that you included the textbook website in your post(: One thing you should improve on is making the picture accurate to what we learned in class because I believe that the angle bisector is a right angle. Other than that, good job(:
